Gluten and Dairy Free Nuts and Seeds Crackers

Simply put, I’m NUTS about nuts!

What better way to snack than with a gluten and dairy free seeds & nuts crackers?

Now, not to say that all crackers are highly processed, but I’m thinking the majority of them wouldn’t pass my kitchen test! So I decided to create my own and share my recipe with you lovely souls!

Prepping time: 15 minutes

Cooking time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

· ½ cup gluten free rolled oats

· ½ cup chopped cashews

· ½ cup chopped almonds

· ¼ cup milled flax seeds

· ¼ cup shopped dates

· ¼ cup dried cranberries

· 1 tsp sea salt

· 2 big tablespoon coconut oil

· 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

· 1 teaspoon chocolate (optional)

Preparation:

1. Heat oven to 175 degrees Celsius.

2. Place all the ingredients in a bowl; pour in coconut oil and mix to combine.

3. In an oven pan, spread coconut oil, and then spread the mix evenly in the pan as thin as possible. Sprinkle a bit of salt.

4. Bake for 20 minutes.

5. Remove to a rack to cool completely before cutting it in small squares.
