Hello, I’m Tara.
I’m Lebanese-Syrian-Armenian, born in Abu Dhabi and raised in Lebanon, a place where life often shifts between fear, uncertainty and beauty. Growing up there taught me that home isn’t always a place on a map — it’s something we learn to create within ourselves. Over the years, living in Canada, Dubai, New Zealand, and now Lisbon, Portugal, I’ve carried that lesson with me: learning to cultivate safety, grounding, and resilience in my own body and mind, wherever I am. These experiences continue to shape how I guide others in finding their own inner stability.
My work sits at the crossroads of mindfulness, mental health, and embodied practice. Over the past decade, I’ve supported individuals, teams, and communities navigating stress, emotional challenges, and life transitions — helping people reconnect with themselves in ways that are practical, sustainable, and profoundly human.
I integrate Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), yoga and meditation, integrative nutrition, Ayurveda, and somatic movement practices including 5Rhythms®. This multidisciplinary foundation allows me to work with both the mind, body, and the nervous system, helping transformation to be felt, embodied, and lived — not just understood.
I believe well-being isn’t about fixing or optimizing ourselves; it’s about listening — to our bodies, our inner experience, and what truly matters. Whether in one-to-one sessions, workshops, or movement spaces, my intention is to create environments that nurture awareness, safety, and meaningful connection.
At the heart of my work is a simple truth: when we feel safe enough to meet our own experience, real transformation can unfold — from the inside out.
