Tara Achkar is a mindfulness and embodiment facilitator and 5Rhythms® teacher-in-training, with over a decade of experience in mindfulness, mental well-being, and personal development.
Her work brings together movement, mindfulness, mental health, and somatic awareness, offering an integrative approach to self-exploration and personal transformation. Through her facilitation, Tara creates thoughtful, supportive spaces where individuals can deepen their self-awareness, reconnect with their bodies, and explore new ways of relating to themselves and the world around them.
Born in Abu Dhabi, raised in Lebanon, and shaped by a multicultural background and experiences of living across different countries, Tara brings a nuanced understanding of identity, belonging, and the personal and collective narratives that influence how we see ourselves.
Her approach is grounded in the understanding that meaningful change involves more than intellectual insight. By integrating embodied practices with mindful inquiry, she supports people in recognising deeply held patterns, exploring their relationship with themselves, and discovering possibilities beyond familiar ways of thinking and being.
