What is your 1-1 coaching approach?

1-1 coaching integrates mindfulness, nervous system awareness, CBT- and ACT-informed practices, and embodied tools. Sessions focus on working with thought patterns, emotions, and the body to support lasting, integrated change.

What can I expect in a coaching session?

Sessions are collaborative, supportive, and practical. They may include conversation, guided mindfulness or inquiry, journaling, somatic or movement-based practices, and tools you can apply between sessions.

How long are sessions, and how often do we meet?

Sessions are typically 60 minutes and are offered weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your needs and goals.

Are sessions offered online or in person?

Sessions are primarily offered online, with in-person sessions available by request, depending on location and availability.

Is this coaching confidential?

Yes. All 1-1 coaching sessions are held in strict confidence, creating a safe and respectful space for personal exploration.

Is this therapy?

Coaching is not therapy, but it is therapeutically informed. It supports self-awareness, regulation, and growth, but does not replace mental health treatment when needed.
